日本では、外国籍の方も土地や建物を買うことができます。海外にお住まいの方（非居住者）が買った場合は、外為法により、取得後20日以内に日本銀行を経由して財務大臣へ報告する必要があります（財務省）。手続きは当社がご案内します。

Foreign nationals can buy land and houses in Japan. If you live outside Japan (non-resident), a report to the Minister of Finance through the Bank of Japan is required within 20 days after the purchase. We will guide you through it.

住宅ローンは、多くの金融機関で「日本国籍または永住許可」が申し込みの条件です（当社が調べた金融機関の例）。永住許可がない方は、自己資金での購入や、条件の違う金融機関を一緒に探します。金融機関ごとの特徴は住宅ローンの銀行の比べ方もご覧ください。

Many Japanese banks require Japanese nationality or permanent residency for a home loan. If you do not have permanent residency, we will help you consider a cash purchase or look for other lenders.

購入までの流れ

ご用意いただく書類（目安）

• 本人確認書類（在留カード・パスポートなど）
• 住民票
• 印鑑証明書（印鑑登録がない方は、署名の証明などで対応できる場合があります。ご相談ください）
• 住宅ローンを使う方は、収入の証明など金融機関が求める書類

ID (residence card / passport), certificate of residence, seal certificate (if you have no registered seal, a signature certificate may be accepted – please ask us), and documents required by the bank.
